At Terry Tots, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange your unused and unwashed items within 30 days of the delivery date. Discounted sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
Here’s how it works:
Items must be in new, unused condition. All original tags should be attached and original packaging materials (boxes, gift envelopes, polybags) included. Items should be unwashed, unworn, and free of stains, pet hair, or odors. Items need to be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Terry Tots will send a prepaid return label for any damaged or defective items reported within the 30 day window. If your item is inspected and does not appear damaged or defective, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
If your item is not damaged or defective but is eligible for return, Terry Tots will email a return label and will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund. Once your returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method less the return shipping cost. If an item is returned that appears used, worn, washed, or stained, you will NOT receive a refund.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for the refund to appear in your account.
If you would like to exchange your item, we ask that you get your return initiated and then place a new purchase on the website.
